Christmas is only 5 days away, and things are getting busy. Cooking/baking has commenced, cleaning has become a primary chore, and my nails have been bitten to the quick awaiting my presents to come in the mail so I can wrap them.
But the good things overshadow all the busy work; the christmas tree lighting up the living room, the christmas tunes filling the house with cheer and smells that bring you back to your childhood home. Damn, I love this time of year.

Just ran through all your latest blogs. Congrats on winning the cake contest, but I would bet Ava could beat you by cooking one on her own stove. Glad to see Coopie, the dinosaur boy sitting on Santa's lap. He's really getting to be a biiiiig boy now. Can't wait to see you all again....hang in there.
